PITTSBURGH The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has reached consent agreements with two metals recyclers for alleged hazardous waste violations.
Freeport-based D.A.B. Inc. has taken corrective actions and will pay a civil penalty of $22,939, according to a monthly DEP enforcement report.....
