Sanders, Stannum settle suit over ‘Razor’ patent technique

NEW YORK — Lead recycler Sanders Lead Co. Inc. and Stannum Group LLC, Stannum International LLC, and S.P. Metals Inc. have reached a settlement over a lawsuit concerning the enforcement of a patent for a lead-refining technique.
Both Sanders and the defendants recently filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, as the parties "have settled Sanders’ claims for relief against defendants and defendants’ counterclaims for relief against Sanders asserted in this case," documents filed in U.S. District Court in Alabama show.....
