Bradford Steel files suit for alleged nonpayment

NEW YORK Bradford Steel Co. Inc. has sued contractor K-Con Inc. for allegedly failing to pay for steel structures that the company supplied for an Air National Guard facility in Cape Cod, Mass.
K-Con hasnt paid the more than $74,000 it owes Bradford Steel for steel structures received for the project at Otis Air Force Base, according to court documents filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts.....
