I’m going to say something that will probably sound heretical to many in the metals sector: When it is functional, government provides certainty in an otherwise uncertain environment.
I mention this because AMM’s annual survey of metal company executives reveals yet again that uncertainty is a major concern among industry leaders. In fact, 59 percent of survey respondents said that President Obama’s re-election will make the business climate less certain in 2013.....
