CSN not denying bid for TK Americas plants

SÃO PAULO — Brazil’s Cia. Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has not denied reports of a possible acquisition of ThyssenKrupp AG’s Steel Americas operations, which include its slab plant in Brazil and rolling mill in Alabama.
