PITTSBURGH A former supervisor at a New Jersey Treasury Department warehouse has been found guilty of stealing surplus equipment and selling it as scrap.
David Winkler, 51, of Bordentown, N.J., was convicted by a Mercer County Superior Court jury of conspiracy, official misconduct, theft by unlawful taking, and misapplication of entrusted property and government property.....
