NEW YORK Five Ohio men have been sentenced for their roles in a scrap theft ring in the northeastern part of the state.
Express Metals & Recycling Ltd. owner Nayyir Mahdi, of Shaker Heights, and Lindsey Blackmon, of Cleveland, were found guilty in U.S. District Court in Ohio of processing stolen materials and of being involved in stealing or buying stolen scrap, according to the FBI.....
