Ind. steel castings producer adds machining capabilities

CHICAGO — An Indiana steel castings producer is expanding its business with a new machining facility that will cater to both new and existing customers.

Attica-based Harrison Steel Castings Co. started out as National Car Coupler Co. about 100 years ago. Today, the company makes carbon and low-alloy steel castings for the construction, mining, and oil and gas industries, vice president and general manager Geoffrey Curtis told AMM.....
