MOSCOW — Russia’s Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has become the country’s largest steel producer.
The company produced 13.99 million tonnes of crude steel at its Russian facilities last year, up 24.5 percent from 2011, while total crude steel output of 14.92 million was up 25 percent.....
