PITTSBURGH — Metalico Inc. is purchasing the assets of Pennsylvania scrapyard Skip’s Recycling, sources familiar with the deal said, although the company declined to comment.
The deal will include the Conway, Pa., assets of Skip’s Recycling, a ferrous and nonferrous buying yard with some processing capability, sources said.....
