NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has published a list of scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations on products from China.
The ITA has ruled that electrical rigid metal steel conduits from LDA Incopordo are not within the scope of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on circular-welded carbon quality steel pipe, and steel....
