PITTSBURGH Two bills have been introduced in Arizonas state legislature that aim to tackle metal thefts in the state and regulate scrap metal companies.
H.B.2262, introduced by Rep. Tom Forese, would require metal recyclers to register with the state Department of Public Safety. The cost of the registration, which would be good for two years, has not yet been determined. In order to qualify for a renewal, recyclers would have to answer....
