CHICAGO — Valmont Industries Inc. has acquired Australian company Locker Group Holdings Pty. Ltd., its third purchase in recent months.
The Omaha, Neb.-based coil coater, tubing producer and manufacturer of metal-intensive utility structures expects the acquisition to contribute to its 2013 earnings. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.....
