Ferrochrome prices hold amid steady demand

NEW YORK — Ferrochrome spot prices remained unchanged this past week, with market sources saying that steady but unremarkable demand was keeping prices flat.
High-carbon ferrochrome prices were still in a range of $1.01 to $1.05 per pound Feb. 21, while 0.10-percent-carbon material was also steady in a range of $2.06 to $2.10 per pound. ....
