CHICAGO Navistar International Corp. has named Troy A. Clarke chief executive officer effective April 15, replacing interim chief executive Lewis B. Campbell.
Clarke, currently president and chief operating officer, will also join Lisle, Ill.-based Navistars board, while Campbellwho has served as executive chairman and interim chief executive officer since last Augustwill step down from....
