PITTSBURGH — Chicago police located eight stolen school buses at a city metals recycling facility, with the owner arrested on unrelated charges.
After Chicago-based Sunrise Bus Co. & Charter Services reported the buses missing early March 8, authorities used the vehicles’ on-board GPS devices to locate them at Gonzalez Auto Parts Inc., also in Chicago.....
