LONDON The European Unions Council of Ministers has imposed anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of certain coated steel products from China.
It set an anti-dumping tariff of 13.6 percent for deliberate underpricing by Chinese exporters and a countervailing duty of 44.7 percent for Beijings indirect and direct support of local producers.....
