NEW YORK — Optima Specialty Steel Inc. chief executive officer Kevin Stevick is set to resign March 29, with board chairman Mordechai Korf tapped to succeed him.
Stevick also resigned from the company’s board of directors March 8, and Optima is in the process of seeking a replacement.....
