Minnesota recyclers work to revise proposed legislation

PITTSBURGH Recyclers in Minnesota are trying to get some provisions in proposed state legislation removed before the final version heads for a vote.
The bill (H.F.1214) sponsored by state Rep. Tim Mahoney would require recyclers to tag and hold untitled vehicles for five business days. Currently, vehicles older than six years are excluded from this provision. All untitled vehicles also would have to be paid....
