Trademark seeks brownfield status at site

PITTSBURGH Trademark Metals Recycling LLC is asking for a brownfield designation for its Tampa, Fla., site so that it can clean up the property and expand its business.
The city is recommending approval of Brownfields Redevelopment Act status, which would enable the David J. Joseph Co. subsidiary to take tax credits for up to half of eligible cleanup costs. Public hearings are scheduled to be held April 11 and May 2.....
