Revett mine restart slowed by permits

NEW YORK The restart of Revett Minerals Inc.s flagship Troy Mine in northwestern Montana has taken longer than expected because of permitting issues, the company said.
Crews continue to do the preparatory work necessary to gain access to Troys mining areas, but progress has been delayed "due mainly to the time required to receive regulatory approvals," the Spokane Valley,....
