Treasury declines to label China a currency manipulator

NEW YORK Citing an appreciation in Chinas yuan, the U.S. Treasury Department declined to name the Asian nation a currency manipulator in a semi-annual report to Congress released April 12.
The report, which highlights international economic and exchange rate policies, examines the practices of the United States major trading partners. ....
