Japan calls for review of China duties

SINGAPORE Japan wants to overturn a decision by China to levy anti-dumping duties on some Japanese high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes (HP-SSST).
Tokyo is expected to request the establishment of a panel under the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement during an April 24 dispute settlement body meeting, saying China hasnt provided enough evidence on how its decision was made, Japans Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) said.....
