Extrudex Aluminum fined $175,000 by OSHA

NEW YORK Extrudex Aluminum Inc. is facing a $175,000 fine by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for alleged safety violations.
OSHA cited Woodbridge, Ontario-based Extrudex for eight alleged safety violations, including two willful violations, after a rack containing hot aluminum parts tipped over in an oven at the companys North Jackson, Ohio, plant. One worker was pinned by the rack and....
