Revett Minerals reports loss as Troy Mine remains shut

NEW YORK Revett Minerals Inc. posted a first-quarter loss due to the ongoing suspension of mining operations at its Troy copper-silver mine in northwestern Montana.
Revetts net loss totaled $4.1 million for the quarter in contrast to net income of $3.7 million in the same year-ago period, on revenue that plunged nearly 99 percent to $200,000 from $19.2....
