PITTSBURGH Missouris Senate has approved updated scrap metal legislation, which now heads to the desk of Gov. Jay Nixon for his signature.
S.B.102 and S.B.157 update a 2008 scrap law that requires metal recyclers to maintain records on aluminum and copper transactions. Catalytic converters have been added to the list....
