Time frame of Kennecott force majeure unclear

SALT LAKE CITY Kennecott Utah Copper said it does not yet have a clear idea of how long the force majeure situation at its Bingham Canyon Mine will last.
The company has declared force majeure on shipments of copper cathode from June as a result of the slide on the mines northeast wall in April (amm.com, April 16), which dumped some 150 million tonnes into the mine pit.....
