DRC to ‘fully enforce’ ban on cobalt conc, copper exports

WINDHOEK, Namibia The Democratic Republic of the Congo will "fully enforce" its ban on exports of unprocessed copper and cobalt concentrates starting this summer, Martin Kabwelulu, the nations minister of mines, reiterated.
"I am confirming the ban on copper concentrate," he was quoted as saying in a media report. "It will be fully enforced by July or August in order to allow mining operators to readjust themselves."....
