Orbite Aluminae appoints three new board members

CHICAGO — Start-up alumina producer Orbite Aluminae Inc. has named three new independent members to its board of directors effective immediately.

The Montreal-based company, which produces alumina from aluminous clay rather than from traditional bauxite, said May 21 that the new directors—Peter Crossgrove, Pascal Decary and Claude Lamoureux—also will be proposed by the board for election by shareholders at Orbite’s annual general meeting June....
