Ducommun to make Airbus fuselage skins

CHICAGO Ducommun Inc. has signed a long-term pact with Alenia Aermacchi SpA, a unit of Italys Finmeccanica SpA, to make aluminum fuselage skins for the Airbus A321 commercial jet.
The first award under the agreement runs through 2016 and will see Carson, Calif.-based Ducommun make fuselage skins from its facilities in Gardena and Orange, Calif., the company said May 29.....
