Constellium sells extrusion ops in France

CHICAGO Paris-based aluminum company Constellium has sold two of its aluminum extrusion plants in France to private equity firm OpenGate Capital LLC, which has renamed them Aluminum France Extrusions.
The Ham and Saint-Florentin facilities will complement Profialis, a PVC profile producer for the window and door sector that OpenGate acquired earlier this year from Brussels-based Tessenderlo Group, OpenGate said June 3. ....
