LONDON A final ruling by Spains Supreme Court has confirmed EMED Minings approach for the permitting of its flagship Rio Tinto copper project in southern Spain as correct.
The court ruled that administrative standing is a prerequisite for triggering the project, but the ruling does not have any impact on the companys ownership of the project or its bid for administrative standing. ....
