NEW YORK — The United States and South Korea could be heading toward a suspension agreement—akin to the U.S. pact with Russia on hot-rolled steel—to resolve claims by domestic producers that imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the Asian nation are injuring the U.S. market.

"I feel like you may see something more along the lines of the Russian suspension agreement on flat-rolled," one trader said.....
