Maine recyclers get OK to pay with debit, credit cards

PITTSBURGH Maine has loosened its scrap regulations to allow metal recyclers to use more methods of payment.
Gov. Paul LePage has signed into law H.P.559, which allows scrap metal processors to pay for material with a debit or credit card. Previously, checks were the only permitted form of payment.....
