Malaga starts restructuring amid executives’ departure

NEW YORK Tungsten miner Malaga Inc. said it has taken action to protect itself and its assets from creditors claims as it pursues its restructuring efforts.
The company also announced the departure of its chief executive officer and chief financial officer in connection with the restructuring.
Malaga filed a "notice of intention to make a proposal" pursuant to the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the company said. Montreal-based Raymond Chabot Inc. has been appointed as the trustee in the companys proposal proceedings, and will monitor and assist the board of directors in its restructuring efforts.....
