PITTSBURGH The third time proved the charm for a Tennessee metals recycler, who has now gained the necessary support for his business.
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency has issued a special conditional permit allowing Kan Metal Recycling to open on a 4.3-acre site in an area zoned for manufacturing. The company will have to install a fence on part of the property and....
