Bill Toler elected CBFC director

NEW YORK — Global Brass & Copper Inc.’s William Toler has been elected a director of the Copper and Brass Fabricators Council (CBFC).

"We are delighted that Bill has agreed to undertake the responsibilities as a director and we look forward to working with him," CBFC president and general counsel David "Skip" A. Hartquist said in a statement.

Toler, president of Olin Brass Mill Products at Louisville, Ky.-based Olin Brass Inc., a subsidiary of Global Brass, has 32 years’ experience in the metals industry, having served in various financial and executive roles with Global Brass, Smelter Service Corp. and Commonwealth Aluminum.

CBFC represents U.S. copper and brass mills that together account for 80 percent of all copper and brass mill products produced in the United States.
