Fracking woes manageable, new Energy Secretary says

NEW YORK Environmental concerns about hydraulic fracturing (fracking) are "manageable," newly appointed Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz said in his first testimony before the House energy and power subcommittee.
"All of the environmental issues that have arisen (around fracking) are manageable," he said during questioning. "They are challenging in some cases but we know what to do. The issue is....
