LME shuffles Asia staff after HKEx takeover

SINGAPORE Liz Milan, managing director of London Metal Exchange Asia, will continue to be based in Singapore, but two of her colleagues there will move to Hong Kong.
"The commitment I have is to ensure that we have business growth in Hong Kong and maintain our commodity footprint in Singapore. I will stay in Singapore," Milan, who also is head of Asia commodities for LME owner Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd. (HKEx), told AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin. "I think the emphasis of this office (in Singapore) will switch ... This office was serving the whole of Asia; it now makes sense....
