NEW YORK Coke producer SunCoke Energy Inc. and two of its subsidiaries have agreed to pay nearly $2 million to resolve alleged violations of the Clean Air Act at the companys Gateway Energy & Coke plant in Granite City, Ill., and its Haverhill Coke plant in Franklin....
