Penn Aluminum faces OSHA fines for alleged violations

CHICAGO Penn Aluminum International LLC faces fines of up to $45,000 for alleged safety violations, according to federal workplace safety officials.
The Murphysboro, Ill.-based custom extrusion and drawn tubing firm is accused of nine safety violations by the U.S. Department of Labors Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The agency contends that Penn Aluminum had not provided....
