Nissan transfers production of Rogue from Japan to US

CHICAGO Nissan Motor Co. is shifting production of its Rogue crossover utility vehicle from Kyushu, Japan, to Smyrna, Tenn., as part of a broader strategy to localize manufacturing activities.
By 2015, Nissan aims to produce 85 percent of the products it sells in the United States in North America (amm.com, Oct. 22).....
