Two more plead not guilty to duty evasion charges

CHICAGO Two men accused in an alleged duty evasion scheme involving aluminum imported from China have pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Puerto Rico, according to court documents.
Samuel García-Adarme, owner of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico-based Sultana Screens & Aluminum Sales Inc. and vice president of Sultana subsidiary Aluwest Industries of Ponce, Puerto Rico, pleaded not guilty to one count each of conspiracy to smuggle goods into the United States and money laundering.....
