NEW YORK Oregon scrap metals recycler Export Global Metals Inc. has begun construction on a new electronics recycling arm that it aims to have operating by October.
The Hillsboro, Ore.-based company said it will invest $4 million in an electronics end-of-life shredding and processing system to become the first processor in Oregon with this capability.....
