Bell Copper divests divisions for $8 million to relieve debt

NEW YORK Bell Copper Corp. has sold several assets, including a mine project and a solvent extraction/electrowinning plant to Binhai Harbor Group HK Co. Ltd. for $8 million.
Beijing-based Binhai will purchase 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Bell Copper subsidiary Minera Montoro SA de CV, which holds the La Balsa copper project in....
