E-cycling exec gets 14 months in prison

NEW YORK — A former executive at an electronics recycling company found guilty in December of illegally exporting electronics scrap has been sentenced to 14 months in prison.

Tor Olson, former vice president of Executive Recycling Inc., was sentenced this past week after being convicted along with the company and company owner and chief executive officer Brandon Richter for the illegal export of more than 100,000 cathode ray tubes (CRTs)....
