Judge rules Ohio should decide AEP-Ormet battle

CHICAGO A bankruptcy court in Delaware has deferred to Ohio officials to resolve a power dispute between bankrupt aluminum producer Ormet Corp. and utility American Electric Power Co. Inc. (AEP).
The matter should addressed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (Puco), U.S. bankruptcy court Judge Mary F. Walrath wrote in an order July 23.....
