ATI Latrobe furnace offline after explosion

NEW YORK ATI Allegheny Ludlum Corp. has halted production from one of the furnaces at its Latrobe, Pa., facility following an explosion July 24.
No one was injured in the blast, while the airmelt furnace involved is being tested and is expected to be back online "in a matter of days," an ATI spokesman told AMM. ....
