NEW YORK — An influx of stainless steel bar imports over the past three years and a corresponding decline in their unit value is a worrying trend for the U.S. market, according to the Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA).

As such, domestic producers are assessing whether offshore suppliers are violating U.S. trade laws.....
