Horsehead sees zinc oxide tags rising

NEW YORK Horsehead Holding Corp. subsidiary Zochem Inc. expects prices to rise on base and specialty grades of zinc oxide products through the second half of 2013 and into 2014.
As a result of increased zinc metal premiums and stronger-than-expected demand for specialty grades, we expect oxide premiums to increase by about 5 percent, Horsehead president and chief executive officer Jim Hensler said in....
